Directions

South Terminal - Drop-off and Collection:

  1. As you approach Gatwick South Terminal, stay in the right-hand lane
  2. Follow signs for Short Stay Car Park (Pick Up)
  3. Take a ticket at the barrier, then drive to Orange Car Park 3, Level 1
  4. Follow signs for the Approved Operators Area
  5. Look for a Sure Parking driver wearing an orange high-vis jacket
  6. This is also your collection point when you return

North Terminal - Drop-off and Collection:

  1. As you approach Gatwick North Terminal, stay in the left-hand lane
  2. Follow signs for Short Stay Car Park 5 (first car park on your right after the barriers)
  3. Take a ticket at the barrier, then drive to the ground floor of Car Park 5
  4. Follow signs for the Approved Operators Area
  5. Meet your Sure Parking driver in an orange high-vis jacket
  6. This is also your collection point on return

Arrival instructions

When using Sure Parking Meet & Greet at Gatwick Airport, please follow these steps on arrival:

  1. Call 20 minutes before you arrive at the terminal:

  2. Drive to the Short Stay car park at your terminal
    (Orange Car Park 3 Level 1 for South Terminal, Car Park 5 Ground Floor for North Terminal)

  3. Meet your Sure Parking driver, who will be wearing a branded orange high-vis jacket

  4. Have your booking confirmation and return flight details ready to present

  5. Hand over your keys and your car will be driven to a secure compound

  6. Walk straight into the terminal - departures are just a short walk away

Return instructions

After your flight lands at Gatwick Airport:

  1. Collect your luggage, then call Sure Parking to confirm you're ready:
    Return contact number – 07855 551 177

  2. Return to the same meeting point in the Short Stay car park where you dropped your car
    (Orange Car Park 3 Level 1 for South Terminal, Car Park 5 Ground Floor for North Terminal)

  3. Your car will be waiting for you so you can head home without delay

This meet and greet service provides a smooth, door-to-door parking experience for both North and South Terminals at Gatwick.

Important information

Last-Minute Booking Changes - If your travel plans change on the day before your booking starts, you must inform Sure Parking directly.

Please note the following vehicle limitations for Sure Parking Meet & Greet at Gatwick:

  • Not accepted:

    • Minibuses

    • Long wheelbase vans

    • Motorhomes

  • Height restrictions:

    • Car Park 5 (North Terminal) - Maximum height: 1.8 metres

    • Car Park 3 (South Terminal) - Maximum height: 2.0 metres

Overstay Charges

If you return later than your booked time, overstay fees apply at £20 per day.

Sure Parking operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, ensuring you can access meet and greet parking no matter your flight time.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Our Flexible booking option offers you the convenience and flexibility you need. Here’s how it works:
    1. Need to Change Your Plans?
      • You can cancel or change your booking up to 24 hours before your parking period begins without any charges.
    2. Parking Period:
      • Your parking period starts at 12:01 AM on the first day of your booked dates, regardless of your pre-booked arrival time.
    3. Important to Note:
      • If you don’t cancel or update your booking at least 24 hours before your parking period begins, we’ll need to charge you for the full booking. Also, please be aware that we can’t offer refunds if you return earlier than planned.
    4. Booking Adjustments:
      • If you make changes to your booking and the price changes, we’ll either charge or refund the difference based on your adjustments.
