Ace Parking Meet & Greet at Gatwick Airport operates directly from the North and South Terminals, with vehicle collection and return taking place in the designated short stay car parks. Both locations are just a 2-minute walk from the check-in desks.
General Directions to Gatwick Airport:
From the M23, exit at Junction 9 and follow signs for Gatwick Airport.
Alternatively, follow airport signs from the A23.
Once at the airport, proceed directly to the North or South Terminal, depending on your flight.
South Terminal - Drop-Off Instructions
Follow signs for 'Short Stay Passenger Pick-Up' and stay in the right-hand lane.
At the barrier to the Short Stay Car Park, take a ticket, you won’t be charged.
Follow signs to the Orange Car Park and drive to Level 1.
Park in Rows D or E, close to the lifts.
Look for the Meet & Greet area and make yourself known to the uniformed Ace Parking staff.
Hand over your keys and parking ticket for check-in.
North Terminal - Drop-Off Instructions
From the North Terminal roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for “Drop Off and Hotels”.
Follow signs for “Hotels” and “Sofitel Hotel”.
Continue until you see pedestrian traffic lights between the two hotels.
Turn right immediately after the traffic lights into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park.
If your vehicle registration has been provided, the barrier will open automatically. Otherwise, take a ticket and hand it to the Ace Parking staff.
Follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators. You’ll pass through a vehicle inspection tunnel.
Park in a Meet & Greet bay and check in at the Ace Parking reception.

Note: There's no need to call ahead on arrival unless you require assistance.
North Terminal:
1. As you enter the North Terminal from the main North Terminal roundabout, stay in the right-hand lane for “Drop Off and Hotels”.
2. Keep in the right-hand lane following signs for “hotels” and “Sofitel Hotel”.
3. Drive past the Pedestrian Crossing. Turn right immediately after the Pedestrian Crossing into the Sofitel Hotel Car Park.
Once at the Sofitel Hotel Car Park ;
4. If you’ve provided your vehicle registration number the barrier should open for you.
5. If it does not then please take a ticket and hand it to our Meet and Greet staff when you hand in your keys.
6. Once in the car park follow signs for Meet & Greet Reception You will stop at / pass through our vehicle inspection tunnel.
7. Our dedicated Meet & Greet area will be on your left. Park in a Meet and Greet bay and proceed to the Meet & Greet reception to check in.
South Terminal:
1. As you drive in to the South Terminal, please stay in the right hand lane and follow signs for SHORT STAY & PICK UP.
2. At the SHORT STAY barriers take a ticket which you will need to give to your driver.
3. Drive in to the ORANGE CAR PARK and go up to LEVEL 1. At LEVEL 1 turn right and you will see the MEET AND GREET AREA.
4. Please park up in row D or E as near as you can to the lifts. Please make yourself known to the uniformed staff so that the necessary documentation can be completed with you promptly and you can proceed to check in.
There is no longer any need to call ACE on your way to Gatwick North and South Terminal Meeting points. Please just head to the meeting points below. If you need help on the day then please call ACE on

Return Instructions - South Terminal
Once you’ve collected your luggage, call 01293 533000 to let Ace Parking know you're ready.
Exit the terminal and follow signs to Short Stay Car Parks, specifically Orange Car Park 3.
Your vehicle will be waiting for you in Orange Car Park 3, returned by a uniformed Ace Parking team member.
Return Instructions - North Terminal
If you provided your flight number, Ace Parking will monitor your flight and return your vehicle automatically to the correct location.
If you didn’t provide full return details or your flight is changed, call 01293 533000 after landing.
Exit North Terminal International Arrivals, turn right, and leave the building.
Cross both roads and continue straight under the covered walkway towards the terminal forecourt.
Cross at the pedestrian lights and enter the Sofitel Hotel Car Park.
Follow signs for Meet & Greet Operators. Your vehicle will be ready at the Ace Parking reception area, where uniformed staff will return your keys.
Last-Minute Booking Changes: If your travel plans change on the day before your booking starts, please call Ace Parking immediately to update your arrival time.
